As a company founded and owned by gastroenterologists, EndoCenter Partners has a physician-centered perspective. We pioneered a unique ownership model—our physician partners are majority owners of their ambulatory endoscopy center. A very low initial investment—only 10% of the total cost to develop the center divided amongst the partners
Pre-opening development costs are limited to $75,000, free of mark-up, and amortized over the life of the loan
Significant savings on management costs after the center first opens (while revenues grow)
