Prior to involving a design and construction team, the planning and development process for a outpatient center typically requires months of extensive work by an experienced team of 20+ professionals with highly specialized skills. Our $75,000 pre-opening development fee covers the labor and travel expenses of an in-house team with the expertise needed to plan a state-of-the-art, Medicare certified, state licensed, and JCAHO accredited ambulatory endoscopy center. Architectural fees and direct construction costs are NOT included in this fee. However, ALL development costs are covered by the loan used to finance the center, which is paid off by the revenue generated by the center. Physician partners are NOT expected to pay these costs out of pocket.
